RESTRICTIONS OF USE
We reserve the right to terminate your account, refuse you service and/or to cancel orders that you submit in our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to alter, update, or change item availability, prices of all products and quantities of all products on this website without notice. Any open or completed orders will not be subsequently charged or credited any price fluctuation after the order has been accepted.
PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards. Inaccurate payment and billing information may result in a delay processing your order. Website orders are encrypted to protect customer privacy during online transactions.
SHIPPING & TAXES
Unless stated otherwise, merchandise is shipped from our headquarters in Illinois, or from our trusted manufacturers in Michigan, Minnesota and North Carolina. The customer is responsible for all sales and taxes associated with the order, if applicable.
Any duties, taxes, VAT resulting from international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer and not Merinda Studio.
Merinda Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packaging.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled if the order is not in production. Orders already in production cannot be cancelled or modified. To inquire about the possibility of cancelling an order, immediately email hello@merindastudio.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer returns or exchanges on products due to the custom printing of all items. All sales are final.
Customers shall inspect all products upon receipt for defects or damages. In the event you find an issue with your product, contact hello@merindastudio.com within 14 days of delivery to request a replacement. Merinda Studio will cover the cost of returning a damaged item. Customers should keep all original packing material for the return or provide adequate packaging at their own expense. Installed wallpaper or fabric that has been cut, washed or altered is not eligible for return.
Printed textiles or grasscloth wallpaper may have natural irregularities in the texture of the fabric or paper. Defective products include pillows with broken zippers and large misprints or stains. Fabric by the yard is 54" wide. Anything wider than 54" is considered selvage and may have color smears past the 54” perimeter of the design.
WARRANTIES
All Merinda Studio products and services that are provided through the website are provided to you “as is” and “as available.” To the furthest extent permitted by law, Merinda Studio makes no warranties or representations of any kind with respect to such products.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Merinda Studio sells goods that are made to order and manufactured via authorized vendors in the US. Merinda Studio will not be held liable for incidental, direct or indirect loss or damages of any kind arising from the use of products sold from merindastudio.com.
To the fullest extent of the law, Merinda Studio will have no liability for any personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Merinda website, any interruption of transmission to or from the website, any malware or viruses which may be transmitted on or through the website by a third party, including any liability for negligence.
