ORDERS & SHIPMENT

Items are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS First-Class or Priority.  Items such as samples and fabric orders will be shipped via USPS. Wallpapers, art and larger items are shipped via UPS Ground. You will receive carrier and tracking information with your order confirmation.

When possible, we re-use packaging such as boxes and box filler in an effort to conserve materials. Packaging that is too damaged to be re-used, is recycled, if possible.

MERINDA STUDIO is not responsible for lost or stolen packaging.  Please take care to track and secure your delivery.

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at hello@merindastudio.com


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We can ship orders outside of the US.  Please contact us at hello@merindastudio.com to arrange shipment via USPS International. 

 Any VAT and customs/duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.


LEAD TIMES

Lead times for orders are apprximate. They can vary depending on the product and cannot be expedited, as all products are made to order.

Artwork: 2 weeks.

Wallpaper and fabric: 2-4 weeks.  

Pillows: 4 weeks.

Custom orders may take longer, depending on the editing process.


CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests will be honored only if the order has not started production. To request a cancellation, email hello@merindastudio.com immediately.  

We are sorry, but once the order is in production, it cannot be cancelled or modified. All of our products are custom printed for you.  We see our fast production turnaround as an advantage to our customers, but it can be a challenge for order cancellations and modifications.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because all of our items are custom printed for you, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on products.  All sales are final.  

We want you to love what you purchase from MERINDA STUDIO, so please order samples, double check your sizing and everything else to ensure the correct items prior to placing your order.

Slight color variations can occur between your computer screen and the actual product, so please order samples to verify the color. Also, slight color variations can occur between batches, so order what you need at one time. Samples are 6” by 6” and cost $5 each + shipping. To order a sample, visit the product page and select “sample” in the sizing.


WHAT ABOUT DAMAGES?

We take pride in the quality of our products, but mistakes happen.  Please inspect all products upon receipt for defects or damages. Should you find an issue with your product, please contact hello@merindastudio.com within 14 days of delivery to request a replacement.  We will cover the shipment cost for you.

Please keep all original packing material for the return.  We cannot provide additional packaging for the return shipment.

Please ensure wallpaper is inspected for defects before your installer hangs it.  Installed wallpaper is not eligible for returns for any reason.

Please inspect your fabric for defects before cutting or washing it.  Fabric that has been altered in any way is not eligible for returns for any reason.

Printed textiles and grasscloth wallpaper have natural irregularities in the texture and color of the fabric or paper.  Defective products include pillows with broken zippers and misprints or stains.

Fabric by the yard is 54" wide. Anything wider than 54" is considered selvage and may have color smears past the 54” perimeter of the design.
