At MERINDA we care about the environment, our families and believe in the power of home to nurture both.

MERINDA STUDIO was established in 2019 by friends Erin McCarthy and Mindy Turitz.

Erin had been working as a fine art photographer for several years when she discovered that her photographs translated well as surface designs. With a background in interior design and photography, printing on wallpaper and textiles was a natural fit for Erin.

With a business degree and a background in fashion and home decor, Mindy has always loved working in the retail industry. She’s also an avid fan of the outdoors and design. Seeing Erin’s unique designs made her excited to get back into the business.

MERINDA (a combination of their first names - Melinda and Erin) creates artisanal textiles, wallcoverings and home decor. Inspired by nature, and reimagined for the home.
