Started in 2019 by friends Erin McCarthy and Mindy Turitz, MERINDA Studio is a trade focused art, textile, and wallcovering studio based in Chicago, IL. Samples are available on our website.

- OUR PROCESS -
Our designs are based on Erin’s nature and travel photography. From seascapes to landscapes to digital kaleidoscopes and everything in between, we take the beauty we see in the natural world and create wallpaper, textiles and art.
To create our fabric and wallpaper designs, Erin uses a process she happily stumbled upon to turn her photographs into patterns for the home.
We turn these patterns into products with the help of several small, US-based manufacturers that care about the environment as much as we do. The end result combines beauty with quality - we are proud of what we make here at MERINDA.

We are dedicated to creating luxurious products inspired by nature that also protect nature.
From sourcing materials to printing and shipping, we look for methods that limit waste, use eco-friendly, beautiful materials and reduce our carbon footprint. Everything we create is made to order with this environmental commitment in mind.
